摘要 针对磨损故障形式下的齿轮齿条起升机构,通过分析计算相同载荷下1/12磨损、1/6磨损、1/4磨损下的齿轮齿条基本参数变化情况,利用将齿轮齿条磨损问题量化为ISO相关基本参数改变的方法,对正常和不同磨损故障形势下的弯曲强度进行理论计算,得到其弯曲应力理论计算值。再通过有限元方法对正常和1/12磨损、1/6磨损、1/4磨损下的大模数齿轮齿条起升机构进行静力学分析,研究不同磨损状况下齿轮齿条的弯曲应力和接触应力应变分布规律,并将静力学分析得出的弯曲应力分析结果与利用ISO公式计算的弯曲强度计算结果进行对比分析,验证了将齿轮齿条磨损问题转化为相关基本参数改变问题的可行性,并通过对大模数故障齿轮齿条起升机构的静力学分析,得到其故障形式下的静力学特性,为大模数齿轮齿条起升机构的故障诊断和运行健康评估提供必要的理论基础。 In this paper,focusing on the rack and pinion lifting mechanism under the wear failure mode,through the analysis and calculation of the basic parameters of the gear and rack under the same load of 1/12 wear,1/6 wear,1/4 wear,by quantifying the gear rack wear problem as the change of ISO related basic parameters,the bending strength under normal and different wear failure situations is calculated theoretically,and the theoretical calculation value of bending stress is obtained.Then,the static analysis of the large module rack and pinion lifting mechanism under normal and 1/12 wear,1/6 wear and 1/4 wear is carried out by finite element method,and the distribution of bending stress and contact stress of the gear rack under different wear conditions is studied.The bending stress analysis results from static analysis are compared with the bending strength calculation results calculated by ISO formula,which verifies the feasibility of transforming the gear rack wear problem into the related basic parameter change problem.Through the static analysis of the large module fault rack and pinion lifting mechanism,the static characteristics under the fault mode are obtained,which provides the necessary theoretical basis for the fault diagnosis and operation health assessment of large module gear and rack lifting mechanism.
