Compared with the traditional 2 D design software Auto CAD, the advantages of 3 D design soft-ware CADWorx are introduced. The necessity of multi-disciplinary collaborative design of CADWorx inLyocell engineering field is discussed. Through the modeling, collision inspection, ISO generation, automat-ic generation of material list and others, the application of CADWorx 3 D design software is illustrated, show-ing multi-disciplinary and multi-level collaborative design.
