摘要
基于凝汽器性能测试数据,分析了影响凝汽器压力大小的影响因素,为凝汽器运行人员掌握凝汽器性能的影响因素积累数据和经验。以某联合循环机组的轴向排汽凝汽器为研究对象,采用热力计算分析法,对其性能测试采集到的现场数据进行分析,首先计算得到了测试时凝汽器的清洁系数,然后分别分析了蒸汽负荷、冷却水入口水温、冷却水流量、清洁系数等影响因素对凝汽器压力偏离设计值的影响。分析表明:对于文中的研究对象来说,导致其凝汽器压力偏高的主要原因是蒸汽负荷过大,冷却水流量不足.
Based on the test data of condenser performance,the influence factors of condenser pressure were analyzed.The research work would accumulate data and experience for condenser operators to master the influence factors of condenser performance.Taking the axial exhaust condenser of one combined cycle unit as the research object,the data collected by testing for getting its performance were analyzed by thermodynamic analysis method.Firstly,the cleanliness coefficient of the condenser was calculated and obtained.Then the influence of steam load,cooling water inlet temperature,cooling water flow rate and cleanliness coefficient on the deviation of condenser pressure from design value was analyzed.The analysis showed that for the research object in this paper,the main influence factors of the high condenser pressure were the excessive steam load and insufficient cooling water flow.
