摘要
文章分析了1080-1755MW引进型、1160-1520 MW自主型核电汽轮机高压汽缸和中压排汽缸总体结构、工作状态、加工及装配要求,针对目前制造过程中存在的问题,提出了新的工艺方案和汽缸结构改进建议。为减小重力变形对加工精度的影响,汽缸在隔板、汽封体、导流环直压下产生的变形对装配精度的影响,提出了保证制造精度的工艺措施。
This paper analyses the general structure,working state,processing and assembly requirements of HP cylinder and exhaust cylinder of 1080-1755MW(imported)and 1160-1520MW(autonomous)nuclear power steam turbine,and puts forward new process plan and suggestions for improvement of cylinder structure in view of the existing problems design in the current manufacturing process.In order to reduce the influence of gravity deformation on machining accuracy,the deformation of cylinder in assembly under direct pressure of diaphragm,seal body and guide ring has an effect on assembly accuracy,and the technological measures to ensure manufacturing accuracy are put forward.
