摘要
小型化快速柱式反应试验(Rapid small-scale column test,RSSCT)具有耗时短、样品量小、操作简单和造价低的优点,被广泛用于饮用水吸附技术研究领域。介绍了RSSCT的理论基础,归纳了RSSCT小柱设计方法(恒定扩散率RSSCT设计法、比例扩散率RSSCT设计法和污垢指数修正法),系统介绍了目前国内外采用RSSCT技术的3个领域,包括不同RSSCT设计方法的验证和比较、模拟中试/全尺寸大柱吸附情况以及不同吸附剂的吸附效能评估和优选,以期为饮用水深度处理研究提供参考。
The rapid small-scale column test(RSSCT)has been widely used in the field of adsorption processes in drinking water treatment with the advantages of short time consuming,small volume of samples required,simple operation and low cost.In this work,the theoretical basis of RSSCT was introduced,and the RSSCT column design methods(constant diffusivity RSSCT,proportional diffusivity RSSCT and fouling index correction)were summarized.Three application fields of RSSCT technology in the world were systematically introduced,including verification and comparison of RSSCT design methods,simulation of pilot/full-scale column adsorption process and evaluation and optimization of adsorption efficiency of different adsorbents,so as to provide reference for the research of advanced treatment of drinking water.
