摘要
以某MBR工艺再生水厂膜池鼓风机曝气系统为基础,通过分析MBR膜池工艺需求和曝气系统能耗变化,使用高次多项式拟合鼓风机参数变化曲线,运用拉格朗日乘数法,在给定曝气条件的约束下,求解鼓风机曝气系统的非线性约束最优问题。提出了综合考虑需气量和设备运行条件的曝气系统优化控制方法,并通过对比试验证明控制系统的可靠性,为未来MBR工艺曝气系统的设计和节能改造提供一定参考。
Taking MBR aeration system in a reclaimed water plant for example,the MBR process requirements and aeration energy consumption is analyzed,and high order polynomial is used to fit the variation curves of blower parameters.Using Lagrange multiplier method,the nonlinear optimization constraint problem under constraint of given conditions,can be calculated.The optimization control of MBR aeration system is put forward in this paper,considering air demand and equipment operating conditions.The reliability of the control system is proved by comparison test and the results will provide reference for the MBR process design and energy saving renovation.
