摘要
对福建省某使用环境发生变化的给水管道工程,设计了钢筋混凝土压板、注浆加固、混凝土包封、钢筋混凝土挡墙+盖板、灌注桩+盖板五种管道保护方案,采用Midas-GTS有限元分析软件建立了三维数值计算模型,并从保护效果、环境影响、工期、经济效益等方面进行了对比研究。结果发现,各保护方案均可有效减少管道应力和地表沉降,其中灌注桩+盖板方案管道应力及地表沉降最小;因混凝土和回填土交界处存在刚度突变,最大地表沉降总是出现在管顶混凝土两侧(即刚度突变处);管顶混凝土压板方案在工期和造价方面优势最为显著。最终通过各指标加权评分对比,确定钢筋混凝土压板方案为本工程的推荐保护方案。
Five pipeline protection schemes,which include reinforced concrete cover slab,grouting reinforcement,concrete envelopment,reinforced concrete retaining wall&cover slab,soldier pile wall&cover slab,are designed for a water supply pipeline project whose use environment is changed in Fujian Province.In order to choose the best scheme,3-D numerical models are established and a comparative study is conducted on piping stress,ground surface settlement,construction schedule,cost of construction.The results show that piping stress and ground surface settlement are significantly increased when five pipeline protection schemes are conducted,of which soldier pile wall&cover slab works best.The maximum ground surface settlement always occurs on the border of reinforced concrete and backfill soil because there is stiffness mutation.The scheme of concrete cover slab performs best in terms of construction schedule and cost of construction.Finally,through the weighted score comparison of all the indexes,the scheme of concrete cover slab is recommended for this project.
