滇西北少数民族地区传统盐业生产技术变迁的动因分析——以兰坪县为例 被引量:1

摘要 兰坪县盐业生产在云南盐业史上占有重要的地位,该处井盐生产技术从原始的制盐技术最后发展到真空法制盐,是边疆民族地区生产力水平不断提升的表现。探讨影响兰坪盐业生产技术变迁的三个动力因素,即环境、人口和制度。通过考察盐业生产技术的变迁,有利于从生态人类学的视角考察传统盐业生产和环境、人口的关系,以及分析盐业生产在地方经济社会发展中的积极作用。 The salt production in Lanping County occupies an important position in the history of Yunnan salt industry.The production technology of well salt in this place has evolved from the original salt production tech⁃nology to the vacuum method salt production,which is a manifestation of the continuous improvement of the pro⁃ductivity level of the frontier ethnic regions.This paper discusses the three dynamic factors that influence the changes in the production technology of the Lanping salt industry,namely the environment,population and sys⁃tem.Investigating the changes in salt production technology is helpful to examining the relationship between tra⁃ditional salt production and the environment as well as population from the perspective of ecological anthropolo⁃gy,and such investigating in also beneficial to analyzing the positive role of salt production in local economic and social development.
