Medical specialties and subspecialties in major countries and regions

自2014年国家启动了住院医师规范化培训试点后,于2016年又开展了专科医师规范化培训专科目录的研究。基于此,本研究将美国、英国、加拿大、日本与中国相关的专业和专科目录设置情况进行对比,并与我国住院医师规范化培训专业目录设置进行异同分析,旨在为推动我国毕业后医学教育进程,逐步完善住专一体化培训提供有益的参考。

In 2014, the state launched a pilot program for standardized training of resident, followed in 2016 by a study on the list of subspecialties for standardized training for clinicians in China. This paper introduced the catalogues of specialties and subspecialties in the United States, Britain, Canada,Japan and compared the similarities and differences between these catalogues so as to provide reference for promoting the progress of medical education after graduation and for gradual integrating standardized training for clinicians in China.
