摘要
目的探讨住院医师规范化培训基地之间联合教学培养住院医师的模式及改进措施。方法通过收集3年来规范化培训基地联合体主基地与协同单位之间的运行模式、基地间衔接管理、住院医师管理、培训质量管理、师资管理、基地建设等资料,分析基地联合体中存在的问题,以及对培训整体质量的影响。结果提出了培训基地在联合教学的管理模式、卫生行政部门引导管理层面、统一的师资培训及认证环节、创新师资优化、优化考核机制和拓宽住院医师管理途径等方面的改进策略与具体措施,为卫生行政部门完善住院医师规范化培训管理中的基地联合体建设提供了参考。结论加强改进住院医师规范化培训基地联合体的管理模式创新,是提高规范化培训质量,推进住院医师规范化培训联合体基地建设的重要手段。
ObjectiveTo recommend ways to improve collaborative teaching between standardized residency training bases.MethodsInformation on the operating mode between the main base and collaborative bases, joint management between bases, trainee management,training quality, faculty management, and base construction in the standardized training base association over the past three years was collected, while the existing problems and their influence on the overall training quality were analyzed.ResultsThe following problems were found: the joint management between the bases was not smooth enough, the running of the association was somewhat neglected, various difficulties existed in the trainee management, teaching quality varied from base to base, the assessment mechanism of training quality remained to be improved, the criteria for assessment were not uniform, the training quality could hardly be homogenized, and the bases varied widely in terms of information management, teaching facilities and equipment.ConclusionIn order to solve these problems, some measures need to be taken, including improvement of the management mode, guidance by administrative departments of health, unified faculty training and certification links, employment of innovative teachers, optimization of the assessment mechanism,and diversification of approaches to trainee management.
