摘要
加强儿科医师的培养符合健康中国战略要求,儿科住院医师规范化培训面临新的挑战。分析了目前儿科临床医师数量不足,存在业务素质、综合能力、沟通技巧等岗位胜任力参差不齐现象,综合性医院儿科住院医师规范化培训基地建设中更存在着床位数不足、亚专业设置缺项、制度不完善、轮转计划不合理、师资能力欠缺、技能培训不足等问题。提出了加强综合性医院儿科住培基地评估原则和制定方法,指出对儿科医师的培养应以岗位胜任力为目标,通过政策倾斜、建立协同单位、设立亚专业组、分层递进培训,并通过加强培训管理、师资考评等针对性地整改措施,提出了加强综合性医院儿科专业基地评估原则和判定方法,提升儿科住院医师培训质量,为儿科医疗事业培养合格人才。
Better training of pediatricians conforms with the strategic requirements of healthy China. Standardized residency training of pediatricians is faced with tough challenges, the major ones of which are the shortages and poor competency of pediatricians. There are also some problems with the construction of pediatric residential training bases, such as insufficient beds, limited sub-specialties, poor management systems, unsound rotation plans, teachers’ incompetence and few skill training programs. The training of pediatricians should be oriented to job competency. It is recommended that such targeted countermeasures be taken as implementation of preferential policies, construction of collaborated bases, opening of sub-specialties, hierarchical teaching, and more effective assessment of teachers in order to improve the quality pediatric residents.
