摘要
癌症作为人类健康的头号杀手,在全球被广泛研究.病毒样颗粒是由多个病毒的一种或几种结构蛋白组装而成的颗粒,不含病毒核酸,不能进行自主复制,具有与病毒类似的整体结构.通过化学和基因工程的方法对病毒样颗粒中所含的蛋白进行功能化修饰,可使其成为一种具有众多应用前景的体系.病毒样颗粒作为一种强有力的免疫激活剂,同时兼具纳米颗粒尺寸的优势,被广泛应用于肿瘤治疗中药物递送载体和疫苗的设计.本文对病毒样颗粒在上述两个领域的最新研究进展进行综述,旨在为病毒样颗粒在肿瘤治疗及相关的药物研发等提供参考.
As the No.1 killer of human health,cancer is still widely studied all over the world.Virus-like particles(VLPs)are particles assembled by one or more structural proteins of multiple viruses.VLPs are viral nucleic acid free nanoparticles,cannot replicate independently,and have an overall structure similar to that of viruses.VLPs can be easily modified by chemical and genetic engineering methods,which makes VLPs popular in many applications.Due to the properties of immune adjuvants and nano-size,VLPs are widely used in the design of anti-tumor drug delivery carrier and vaccine in tumor therapy.In this paper,we review the latest research progress of VLPs in the above two fields,in order to provide a reference for VLPs in tumor therapy and related drug research and development.
