摘要
近几十年来光学分子影像特别是近红外荧光分子影像技术发展迅速,能在活体上可视化肿瘤的生物学行为并进行定性和定量研究,具有高灵敏度、高时空分辨率和实时成像的特性,因此已成为科研人员和外科医生的重要工具,用于肿瘤检测和外科手术导航.该综述主要总结以下3个方面的研究进展:1)光学分子影像技术的概述与优势;2)借助可视化细胞周期和细胞凋亡的光学分子影像平台评估药物疗效;3)有临床转化潜力的光学分子影像系统在乳腺癌外科手术导航中的应用.
We have witnessed rapid development of optical molecular imaging(OMI),especially near-infrared fluorescent molecular imaging technology in the past decades.OMI can visualize the biological behavior of tumors in vivo in a qualitative and quantitative way.Due to its high sensitivity,high-time/spatial resolution and real-time capability,OMI has become a highly adoptable imaging method for tumor detection and image-guided surgery in clinics.In this review,we summarize recent progress on the description and outlook of three aspects of OMI:1)overview and advantages of OMI technology;2)establish OMI platforms that visualize cell cycle and apoptosis to evaluate the therapeutic effect of drugs;3)discuss the translational potentials of OMI on image-guided breast cancer surgery in clinics.
