摘要
近年来,随着我国经济的高速增长以及城市建设的不断发展,各地城镇化、工业化建设进程也随之加快,城镇基础设施、办公用房及居民住宅的建设规模也在不断扩大,而高层建筑的出现则有效地节省了宝贵的土地资源,提高了空间利用率。高层建筑所包含的深基坑工程具有技术难度高、危险系数大的特点,承建单位不仅要对深基坑开挖作业编制施工方案,必要时还需组织专家对施工方案的可行性进行论证。因此,研究了哈尔滨某商业项目基坑工程的施工方法,并从多个角度探讨了深基坑工程施工的相关要点。
In recent years,with the rapid growth of China’s economy,the construction of urbanization and industrialization is also accelerated,and the scale of urban infrastructure and residential buildings is also expanding.The emergence of high-rise buildings effectively saves land resources and improves space utilization.The deep foundation pit engineering included in it has the characteristics of high technical difficulty and high risk coefficient.The contractor should not only compile the construction scheme,but also need experts to demonstrate its feasibility when necessary.This study discusses the key points and methods of deep foundation pit engineering of a commercial project in Harbin from many angles.
