With the rapid development of society,people’s daily activities have gradually enriched,and they have retained fruitful results in the history of science and culture.As the evidence for preserving the original records,archives are also increasing.Especially in the internet era,human social relations have become closer,the way of activities is more diverse,and the activities are more frequent.The massive archive information generated under the network environment must be integrated in an orderly manner and finally used by society to realize its value.
