摘要
重金属捕集剂在常温下可与废水中金属离子铬等生成难溶性的高分子螯合盐,产生絮状沉淀,从而达到去除重金属的目的.本研究选取重金属捕集剂作为除铬沉淀剂,通过优选重金属捕集剂(TMT、乙硫氮、福美钠、黄原酸钾),选出最优重捕剂处理实际染色废水.结果表明四种重捕剂中福美钠和乙硫氮去除总铬效率较高.对实际制革废水处理,采用福美钠和乙硫氮重捕剂同类的WS-801、WS-802型重捕剂联用处理28组制革含铬废水,24组出水总铬浓度均低于0.5 mg/L,达到《制革及毛皮加工工业水污染物排放标准》要求.
At room temperature,heavy metal collector can produce insoluble high molecular chelating salt with metal ion chromium in waste water,and thus producing flocculent precipitation to achieve the purpose of removing heavy metals.In this study,the heavy metal collector is selected as the precipitation agent for chromium removal.By selecting different kinds of heavy metal collectors(TMT,ethylthionitrogen,formamide sodium,potassium xanthate),the optimal heavy metal collector was selected to treat actual wastewater.The results showed that the removal efficiency of sodium formate and ethylthiocarbamate was higher.For the actual leather making waste water treatment,28 groups of leather making waste water containing chromium were treated with WS-801 and WS-802,which are the same type as Fumime sodium and ethyl nitrogen heavy metal collectors.The total chromium concentration of effluent of 24 groups was lower than 0.5 mg/L,which meets the requirements of Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants in Leather and Fur Processing Industry.
