摘要 琼脂(AG)气凝胶是一种高度易燃的高分子聚合物,为了提高其阻燃性能,用具有阻燃抑烟功能的Mg(OH)_(2)(MH)作为阻燃剂,通过冷冻干燥方法制备具有阻燃功能的MH-AG复合气凝胶。采用扫描电子显微镜分析气凝胶的微观结构,采用热分析仪、氧指数仪、垂直燃烧测试仪、导热系数仪分析其热稳定性和阻燃性能。结果表明:MH与AG最佳质量比为0.7,在此条件下,MH在AG溶液中分散良好,可以形成有序的三维多孔气凝胶结构。纯相琼脂气凝胶极限氧指数为18%,MH与AG质量比为0.7的MH-AG复合气凝胶极限氧指数增大到33%,且垂直燃烧测试中能达到V0级标准。 Agar(AG)aerogel is a kind of highly flammable polymer.In order to improve its flame retardant property,MH-AG composite aerogel with flame retardant function was prepared by freeze-drying with Mg(OH)_(2)(MH)with flame retardant and smoke suppression ability as flame retardant.The microstructure of aerogel was analyzed by scanning microscope,thermal stability and flame retardancy were analyzed by thermal analyzer,oxygen index meter,vertical combustion tester and thermal conductivity meter.Results showed that the optimum mass ratio of MH to AG was 0.7.MH was well dispersed in AG solution,and an ordered three-dimensional porous aerogel structure could be formed under this condition.The limit oxygen index of pure phase agar aerogel was 18%,and the limit oxygen index of MH-AG composite aerogel with a mass ratio of MH to AG of 0.7 increased to 33%,and the vertical combustion test could meet the V-0 standard.
