摘要
基于连续油管配合液氮气举排水采气和电潜泵排水采气存在的不足,经过多方论证,在焦石工区JYA井采用了同心管柱射流泵排水采气的方式,取得工艺上的突破。该排水采气方式的射流泵主要由喷嘴、喉管和扩散管组成,依据水力射流原理工作,但在应用时其地面配套建设较多,应提前做好准备工作,同时应进行地面设备操作的风险识别,以采取措施杜绝误操作,有效防范风险。
Based on the deficiencies of water drainage and gas production with the CT liquid nitrogen gas lift and electric submersible pump,the method of drainage gas production with the concentric string jet pump was adopted in Well JYA in Jiaoshi area through various tests and a technological breakthrough was made.The jet pump is mainly composed of nozzle,venturi and diffuser and operates according to the principle of hydraulic jet,but it has more surface supporting facilities and should be prepared in advance.The risk identification of operation of surface equipment should be carried out,so as to take measures to eliminate misoperation and prevent risks effectively.
