江汉油区注水系统节能降耗工作浅析 被引量:2

摘要 随着江汉油田开发的不断深入,注水井压力、注水量发生变化,部分站点注水设备不匹配、注水站与注水井布局不合理等问题突出,注水系统效率降低、能耗增加。江汉采用厂梳理单个注水系统,采取分压注水、地面系统优化等措施,解决了部分站点系统效率低、能量损耗大的问题。但单井泵机组效率依然偏低,平均为61.2%,对此可借助信息化平台,实时监控机组能耗参数并及时调整,以进一步提高注水系统能效水平。 Along with the further development of Jianghan oilfield,the changes in pressure and quantity of the water injection w ells,the mismatch of the water injection equipment at some stations,the unreasonable layout of the water injection stations and wells and oth ers,lead to the decreased efficiency and the increased energy consumption,of the water injection system.Jianghan oil production plant takes such strategies as the separate-pressure water injection,the surface system optimization and oth ers,to solve the problems of the reduced system efficiency and large energy consumption.H ow ever,the efficiency of a single-well pump unit is still low,averaging 61.2%,so the energy consumption parameters of the unit can be monitored in real time and adjusted in a timely manner with the help of the information-based platform,so as to further improve the level of energy efficiency of the water injection system.
