摘要
当前,江汉油田专业技术人才队伍存在青年人才储备不足、缺员与冗员矛盾并存、培训作用发挥不够好、骨干人才流失较为突出等问题。究其原因,主要是人才战略规划不清晰,培训培养缺乏系统性,激励机制不够健全,员工需求出现新特点。要加强专业技术人才培养,必须抓好规划计划,注重培养锻炼,发挥专家作用,完善激励机制。
At present,there are some challenges in the professionals and technical talents of Jianghan oilfield,such as the shortage of young talents,the contradiction between the shortage of staff and the redundant staff,the insufficient training function and the outstanding brain drain.The reason is that the strategic planning of talents is not clear,the training is not systematic,the incentive mechanism is not perfect,and there are new needs for staff.In order to strengthen the training of professionals and technical talents,we must pay attention to planning and training,play an expert role and improve the incentive mechanism.
