摘要 随着国有企业改革的不断深化,高素质专业化人才队伍建设对石油企业发展起着决定性作用。井下测试公司立足高素质专业化人才培养,从政治标准、岗位竞聘、比武竞赛、人才引进、灵活薪酬等方面进行大胆尝试,收到一定的效果,但因工作环境、行业属性、用工性质、体制机制等引发的共性问题依然存在。要进一步完善高素质专业化人才培养,还需要结合石油行业实际从思想站位、素质提升、人才归属、人才成长等方面进行积极思考。 With the deepening reform of state-owned enterprises,the building of high-quality and specialized talents plays a decisive role in the development of petroleum enterprises.Built on the training of high-quality specialized talents,the downhole testing company makes a bold attempt from such aspects as political standard,post competition,skills contest,talent introduction,flexible remuneration,and so on,which ends up with a certain effect,but there are still common problems caused by working environment,industry attribute,employment nature,system and mechanism.In order to further improve the training of high-quality specialized talents,it is necessary to take a positive consideration from the aspects of ideological position,quality improvement,talent belonging and talent growth.
