摘要
为了促进新时代油田企业可持续创新发展,国内油田板块大部分企业的财务管理都通过推广财务共享服务及业财融合创新措施,督导基层单位财务管理转型努力作为,强化预算管理,引领业财融合,坚持现金流经营理念,着力强化成本管控,提高项目创效能力,夯实基础管理,推进精益管理。进一步节约成本,提高运营效率,增强了企业财务管理内部控制,为油田企业持续有效发展提供了有力支撑,使企业综合效益得到显著提升。
In order to promote the sustainable development of oilfield enterprises in the new era,the financial management of most domestic oilfield enterprises is meant to supervise the financial management transformation at the primary level,strengthen the budget management,lead the fusion of business and finance,adhered to the cash flow management concept,ramp up the cost control,improve the project efficiency,consolidate the foundational management and promote the streamlined management,through implementation of the innovative measures of the financial shared service and the fusion of business and finance.Further cost saving and improved operation efficiency step up the internal control of financial management,provide a strong support for the sustainable and effective development of oil field enterprises,so that the overall benefits of enterprises are significantly improved.
