猪圆环病毒3型研究现状

The research status of porcine circovirus type 3

作为猪的新发传染病,猪圆环病毒3型(porcine circovirus type 3,PCV3)介导的疾病症候群严重危害养猪业的健康发展。鉴于PCV3在世界范围内的流行且缺乏有效的防控措施,本文对该病毒的遗传和进化特性、流行特征、检测方法、致病机制等进行了详细的分析,对今后的研究重点进行了展望,以期为深入研究该病的发病机理和研发防控技术提供参考和借鉴。

Porcine circovirus type 3(PCV3)is an emerging porcine circovirus,which can cause syndrome of diseases and seriously endanger the healthy development of swine industry.In view of the worldwide prevalence of PCV3 and the lack of effective prevention and control measures.The genetic and evolutionary characteristics,epidemiological features,detection methods and pathogenic mechanism of PCV3 were analyzed in detail and future key points of the research were prospected in this review for providing reference for the further study of the pathogenesis of the virus and the development of prevention and control measures.
