特色农业发展:现状、问题与发展对策——以东台市三仓镇为例

Characteristic Agricultural Development:Current Situation,Problems and Development Countermeasures——Take Sancang Town,Dongtai City as An Example

发展多种农业生产和经营模式等方式实现特色农业。通过概述三仓镇的特色农业发展现状和分析当前存在的问题,结合在当地的实践调研经验,提出以下发展路径:完善契约关系与利益联结机制,提高农业支撑水平;培育新型农业经营主体,规范农业生产流程;加快当地的信息平台建设,拓宽销售渠道;完善农业保险机制,推行政策性农业保险险种;延伸农业产业价值链,发展特色农业品牌;合理规划农地资源,创新农业经营模式。

Developing a variety of agricultural production and business models could achieve characteristic agriculture.It summarized the status quo of characteristic agricultural development and the current problems in Sancang Town.By combining with local practical research experience,it proposedthe following development path:completing the contractual relationship and benefiting linkage mechanism,improving agricultural support level;to cultivate new agricultural business entities and to standardize agricultural production process;to speed up the construction of local information platform and to broaden sales channels;to improve agricultural insurance mechanism and to promote policy-based agricultural insurance;to extend the agricultural industry value chain and to develop characteristic agricultural brands;rationally to plan agricultural land resources and to innovate agricultural business models.
