城市群创新能力时空演变特征研究——基于长三角城市群的分析 被引量:4

Research on the Spatiotemporal Evolution Characteristics of the Innovation Ability of Urban Agglomeration——Based on the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration

摘要 加强长三角城市群创新能力,有利于区域创新高地的建设,增强科技创新的主导作用。本文构建区域创新能力多指标评价体系,运用时序全局主成分分析法对2010-2019年长三角27个城市创新能力展开时空演变特征分析。研究发现:在时间维度上,各城市创新能力水平都呈现提升态势,但提升幅度存在差异;在空间维度上,创新能力呈"Z"字形分布,总体上呈现梯度扩散态势;从城市个体看,城市与核心城市越近,其创新能力越强。根据研究结论,提出提高城市群创新能力的建议,包括坚持创新驱动理念,提升创新能力水平;引导产学研有序合作,建立区域协同创新模式;完善创新制度和政策,统筹各级城市协调发展。 The improvement in the innovation ability of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration will contribute to constructing regional innovation highland and giving full play to the leading role of technological innovation. This paper builds a multi-index evaluation system for regional innovation ability, using time-series global principal component analysis method to analyze the spatiotemporal evolution of innovation ability of 27 cities in the Yangtze River Delta from 2010-2019. The results show that from the time dimension, the innovation ability of each city is improving with variant growing rates;while from the spatial dimension, cities with innovation ability distribute in the "Z"shape, generally presenting a gradient irradiation;moreover, the closer the city is to the core city tends to become more competent in innovation. Therefore, it is proposed to enhance the innovation ability of urban agglomeration, including sticking to the innovation-driven development strategy to improve the innovation ability, promoting orderly industry-university-research cooperation to establish a regional coordinated innovation mode, and improving the innovation systems and policies to coordinate the development of cities at all levels.
