摘要
针对一拖(洛阳)铸造有限公司采用消失模生产制动器壳体过程中,铸件夹渣率高的问题,经过现场调研分析及微观形貌分析等措施,综合分析出造成铸件夹渣的主要原因,并对现行工艺提出改进措施。试验结果表明,改进措施有效的防止了铸件夹渣缺陷,并且提高了产品合格率。
Aiming at the problem of high slag inclusion rate in brake shell castings produced by lost foam,after on-site investigation and micro-morphology analysis,the main causes of slag inclusion in castings have been comprehensively analyzed.The improvement measures for the current process have been put forward.The experimental results show that the improvement measures effectively prevent slag inclusion defects in castings which increases the product qualification rate.
