摘要
水产品生产中,从保鲜、改善品质及风味的角度,会用到相应的食品添加剂,而对于食品添加剂的使用,在国内和国外都有着非常明确的规定,如果我国本身的规定无法达到国际相关规定的要求,则水产品出口贸易会受到很大影响。本文就我国与国际食品法典委员会关于水产品中食品添加剂的使用规定进行了对比分析,希望能够为解决当前我国在水产品食品添加剂中存在的问题提供参考。
In the production of aquatic products,corresponding food additives will be used from the perspective of preservation,quality improvement and flavor.For the use of food additives,there are very clear regulations both at home and abroad.If China’s own regulations cannot meet international standards According to regulations,the export trade of aquatic products will be greatly affected.This article makes a comparative analysis of the regulations on the use of food additives in aquatic products between China and the Codex Alimentarius Commission,hoping to provide a reference for solving the current problems in aquatic food additives in China.
