农产品中灭蝇胺检测的基质效应影响分析 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究各类农产品对灭蝇胺残留的检测的基质效应,本文对各类典型农产品对灭蝇胺的基质效应情况进行了检测与分析。结果表明,豆类农产品中灭蝇胺残留的基质效应不同于其他类农产品;叶菜类蔬菜、葱韭类蔬菜(蒜除外)、茄果类蔬菜、瓜类蔬菜、芸苔属蔬菜、茎类蔬菜、食用菌和水果等农产品中灭蝇胺残留的检测使用黄瓜基质标准溶液进行校正,能获得准确率较好数据。 In order to study the matrix effect of various agricultural products on the detection of cyromazine residues,this paper tested and analyzed the matrix effect of various typical agricultural products on cyromazine.The results show that the matrix effect of cyromazine residues in legume agricultural products is different from other agricultural products;leafy vegetables,onion and leek vegetables(except garlic),solanace fruit vegetables,melon vegetables,brassica vegetables,stem vegetables The detection of cyromazine residues in agricultural products such as edible fungi and fruits is calibrated with cucumber matrix standard solution,which can obtain better accuracy data.
