摘要 本研究通过实验测定天祝县当归水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、挥发油含量和阿魏酸含量等指标,对天祝县当归品质进行评定,为下一步天祝县当归产业发展提供科学依据。研究结果表明,天祝县利用独特自然环境优势,生产的当归水分在7.5%~15.0%;总灰分在3.8%~6.3%;酸不溶性灰分在0.3%~1.1%;挥发油含量在0.4~0.8 mL/100 g;阿魏酸含量在0.077%~0.161%。各项指标均达到或者超过《中国药典》指标和食品安全要求,品质优良,可以大面积推广种植。 In this study,the water content,total ash content,acid-insoluble ash content,volatile oil content and ferulic acid content of Angelica in Tianzhu were tested experimentally,and the quality of angelica in Tianzhu was evaluated,providing a scientific basis for the future development of angelica in Tianzhu.The research results show that Tianzhu takes advantage of its unique natural environment.The water content of angelica produced is 7.5%~15.0%;the total ash content is 3.8%~6.3%;the acid-insoluble ash content is 0.3%~1.1%;the volatile oil content is 0.4~0.8 mL/100 g;the content of ferulic acid is 0.077%~0.161%.All indicators meet or exceed the Chinese Pharmacopoeia indicators and food safety requirements,with good quality,and can be planted on a large scale.
