阿司匹林肠溶片联合氯吡格雷对降低冠心病心绞痛临床治疗效果及不良反应发生率的安全性研究

The Safety Study of Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets Combined with Clopidogrel on Reducing the Clinical Therapeutic Effect and the Incidence of Adverse Reactions in Coronary Heart Disease and Angina Pectoris

目的探讨冠心病心绞痛患者应用阿司匹林肠溶片联合氯吡格雷治疗临床效果及不良反应发生率。方法方便选取2018年8月—2019年12月期间该院收治的92例冠心病心绞痛患者,采用随机数字表法进行分组,实验组与对照组,每组46例。采用阿司匹林肠溶片联合氯吡格雷治疗46例患者为实验组,采用阿司匹林肠溶片治疗46例患者为对照组。对比两组患者治疗效果、不良反应发生率、心绞痛发作次数、间隔时间、持续时间。结果实验组患者治疗总有效率95.65%高于对照组患者80.43%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.060,P=0.024<0.05)。实验组患者不良反应发生率2.17%低于对照组患者15.22%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.929,P=0.026<0.05)。实验组患者心绞痛发作次数(1.16±0.25)次/d、间隔时间(7.35±0.34)d、持续时间(4.21±0.36)min,均优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(t=39.961、37.079、46.572,P<0.05)。结论阿司匹林肠溶片联合氯吡格雷治疗冠心病心绞痛效果较显著,可以有效缩短患者心绞痛发作次数、持续时间,降低不良反应发生率,具有临床使用以及推广价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and the incidence of adverse reactions in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris using aspirin enteric-coated tablets combined with clopidogrel.Methods Convenient select trom August 2018 to December 2019,92 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris were divided into groups by random number table.The experimental group and the control group,46 cases in each group.46 patients treated with aspirin enteric-coated tablets combined with clopidogrel served as the experimental group,and 46 patients treated with aspirin enteric-coated tablets served as the control group.The treatment effect,incidence of adverse reactions,number of angina pectoris attacks,interval time and duration were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 95.65%higher than 80.43%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.060,P=0.024<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 2.17%lower than 15.22%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.929,P=0.026<0.05).The number of episodes of angina pectoris in the experimental group(1.16±0.25)times/d,the interval(7.35±0.34)d,and the duration(4.21±0.36)min were better than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(t=39.961,37.079,46.572,P<0.05).Conclusion Aspirin enteric-coated tablets combined with clopidogrel has a significant effect on the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.It can effectively shorten the number and duration of angina pectoris and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.It has clinical use and promotion value.
