贝复济和藻酸盐颗粒联合使用对创面红期的疗效探讨

Study on the Effect of Combined Use of Beifuji and Alginate Granules on the Red Stage of Wound

目的研究贝复济和藻酸盐颗粒联合使用对创面红期的疗效。方法选取该院2018年6月—2019年6月期间收治的创面红期患者60例,按就诊单双周分成实验组和对照组,每组30例。对照组患者喷洒贝复济后,直接敷上泡沫敷料。实验组患者喷洒贝复济,干燥后先撒上颗粒型藻酸盐,再敷上泡沫敷料。观察记录两组患者换药次数、创面愈合时间、不良反应、换药费用,统计两组患者治愈率和患者满意度。结果实验组治愈率为96.70%,对照组为80.00%,而实验组患者满意度为93.33%,对照组为73.33%,两组患者治愈率和满意度比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.043、4.320,P<0.05)。两组患者换药费用比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组患者经过治疗后0级和1级比例高于对照组,2级和3级比例低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=-5.402,P<0.05)。结论贝复济和藻酸盐颗粒联合使用对创面红期的疗效显著,创面愈合时间短,不良反应少,患者满意。

Objective To study the effect of combined use of Beifuji and alginate granules on the red stage of wounds.Methods It is convenient to select 60 patients with erythematous wounds admitted to the hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to single or biweekly visits,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were directly applied with foam dressing after spraying Beifuji.Patients in the experimental group were sprayed with Beifuji,sprinkled with granular alginate after drying,and then applied with a foam dressing.The number of dressing changes,wound healing time,adverse reactions,and dressing change costs were observed and recorded in the two groups.The cure rate and patient satisfaction of the two groups were counted.Results The cure rate of the experimental group was 96.67%and that of the control group was 80.00%,while the patient satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 93.33%,and the control group was 73.33%.There was a statistically significant difference in the cure rate and satisfaction of the two groups of patients,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.044,4.320,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the cost of dressing change between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after treatment,the ratio of grade 0 and grade 1 in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the proportion of grade 2 and 3 was lower than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(Z=-5.402,P<0.05).Conclusion The combined use of Beifuji and alginate granules has a significant effect on the red phase of wounds,with short wound healing time,few adverse reactions,and patient satisfaction.
