缺血性脑卒中患者开展院内康复护理的临床价值分析

Analysis of Clinical Value of In-hospital Rehabilitation Nursing for Patients with Ischemic Stroke

目的缺血性脑卒中患者开展院内康复护理的临床价值分析。方法方便选取于2018年12月—2019年12月时段内该院收治的86例缺血性脑卒中患者为对象展开研究分析,根据随机动态化分组+患者个人意愿划分成两组,即康复组、对照组,每组43例;对照组院内实施常规护理方案,康复组院内实施常规护理方案+康复护理方案,参考美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)、运动功能评定量表(Fugl-Meyer)生活质量量表(SS-QOL)、Barthel指数比对分析两组患者护理前后的神经功能、运动功能、生活质量、生活能力。结果护理后康复组的NIHSS评分(5.29±1.26)分低于对照组(10.30±1.39)分,Fugl-meyer评分(67.25±1.32)高于对照组(51.35±1.51)分,差异有统计学意义(t=17.511、51.986,P<0.05);护理后康复组的SS-QOL与Barthel评分为:(194.77±29.21)分、(65.72±12.47)分均高于对照组(170.14±32.14)分、(54.29±11.31)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.719、4.452,P<0.05)。结论缺血性脑卒中患者院内接受康复护理,对于神经功能、运动功能的改善有积极作用,有利于患者获取更好的生活能力,提高其生活质量。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of in-hospital rehabilitation nursing for patients with ischemic stroke.Methods The 86 patients with ischemic stroke admitted to the hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were included in the study and analysis,and they were divided into two groups based on randomized dynamic grouping+patients'personal wishes,namely rehabilitation group and control group,each group contains 43 patients;the control group implemented the routine nursing program in the hospital,the rehabilitation group implemented the routine nursing program+rehabilitation nursing program in the hospital,refer to the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),motor function evaluation scale(Fugl-Meyer)quality of life scale(SS-QOL)and Barthel index were compared to analyze the neurological function,motor function,quality of life,and ability of life of the two groups before and after nursing.Results The NIHSS score(5.29±1.26)points of the rehabilitation group after nursing was lower than the control group(10.30±1.39)points,and the Fugl-meyer score(67.25±1.32)points was higher than the control group(51.35±1.51)points.The difference was statistically significant(t=17.511,51.986,P<0.05);the SS-QOL and Barthel scores of the rehabilitation group after nursing were:(194.77±29.21)points,(65.72±12.47)points,which were higher than the control group’s(170.14±32.14)points,(54.29±11.31)points,,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.719,4.452,P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation care for patients with ischemic stroke in the hospital has a positive effect on the improvement of neurological and motor functions,which is beneficial to the patients to obtain better living ability and improve their quality of life.
