摘要 党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央将教师队伍建设摆在突出位置,出台了一系列政策,对教师的地位与价值、初心与使命,教师队伍建设的总体目标、主要内容、根本保障等方面进行了系统阐述。党和国家的教师政策强调:教师是教育发展的第一资源,是国家富强、民族振兴、人民幸福的重要基石。教师的初心是立德树人,使命是为党育人、为国育才。教师队伍建设的总体目标是建设高素质专业化创新型教师队伍,主要内容是加强师德师风建设、提升专业素质、完善管理制度、提高地位待遇,根本保障是加强党的全面领导。 The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core,has placed the construction of the teaching staff in a prominent position,and issued a series of policies to systematically expound the five aspects of the status and value of teachers,the original intention and mission,the overall goal,the main contents and fundamental guarantee of the construction of the teaching staff since the 18th National Congress of the CPC.The teacher policy of the party and the state emphasizes that teachers are the first resource of educational development and the important cornerstone of the country’s prosperity,national rejuvenation and people’s happiness.The teachers’original intention is to foster morality and cultivate people,and their mission is to educate people for the party and the country.The overall goal of the construction of the teaching staff is to build a team of high-quality,professional and innovative teachers,and the main contents are to strengthen the construction of teachers’morality,improve their professional quality,perfect the management system,improve their status and treatment,and strengthen the overall leadership of the Party and take it as the fundamental guarantee of the construction of the teaching staff.
