阿立哌唑联用小剂量氯氮平对难治性精神分裂症患者PANSS评分、安全性的影响

Effect of Aripiprazole Combined with Low Dose Clozapine on PANSS Score and Safety in Patients with Refractory Schizophrenia

目的:分析阿立哌唑联用小剂量氯氮平对难治性精神分裂症患者阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分、安全性的影响。方法:在2019年12月至2020年12月期间,对上饶市第三人民医院的60例难治性精神分裂症患者治疗情况进行研究,按照治疗方式不同进行分组;对照组单用氯氮平,观察组采用阿立哌唑联用小剂量氯氮平进行治疗,对两组PANSS评分、不良反应发生率进行比较。结果:观察组PANSS评分低于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率于对照组相对比较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阿立哌唑联合小剂量氯氮平治疗,可以有效改善患者阳性症状、阴性症状、一般精神病理症状;降低PANSS总评分,减少不良反应的发生率。

Objective:To analyze the effect of aripiprazole combined with low-dose clozapine on PANSS score and safety in patients with refractory schizophrenia.Methods:From December 2019 to December 2020,60 patients with refractory schizophrenia in The Third People's Hospital were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods;the control group was treated with clozapine alone,and the observation group was treated with aripiprazole combined with low-dose clozapine.The PANSS score and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:The PANSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Aripiprazole combined with low-dose clozapine can effectively improve the positive symptoms,negative symptoms,general psychopathological symptoms,reduce the total score of PANSS,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
