摘要
在温度为(20±2)℃、相对湿度为(65±4)%的恒温恒湿条件下,对经普通柔软整理和液氨整理的纱线细度不同的7种规格平纹棉织物的液态水传递性能进行试验。结果表明,纱线的细度对面料液体芯吸高度测试结果影响很大:纱线的细度越大,芯吸高度越好,且面料的经向芯吸优于纬向芯吸;经普通方式整理的面料,纱线细度为29.2 tex的面料的芯吸比纱线细度为5.8 tex面料的芯吸结果好(经向高104 mm,纬向高85 mm);经液氨整理的面料,纱线细度为29.2 tex的面料的芯吸比纱线细度为5.8 tex的面料的芯吸结果好(经向高81 mm,纬向高79 mm)。
Under the constant temperature and humidity conditions of(20±2)℃&relative humidity(65±4)%,the liquid water transfer properties of seven kinds of plain cotton fabrics with different yarns fineness after ordinary soft finishing and liquid ammonia finishing were tested.The results showed that yarn fineness of fabric has great influence on the measurement results of liquid core height.The greater the fineness of yarn,the better the coring height,and its warp coring was better than its weft coring.The coring result of fabric after ordinary soft finishing,with yarn fineness for 29.2 tex was better than that of with yarn fineness for 5.8 tex(104 mm in warp direction and 85 mm in weft direction).For the fabric after liquid ammonia finishing,the yarn fineness for 29.2 tex had a better coring result than that of 5.8 tex(81 mm in warp direction and 79 mm in weft direction).
