非创伤性修复治疗技术在65例儿童乳牙龋齿治疗中的临床应用效果

The effect of clinical application on non-traumatic restorative treatment technique in 65 children patients with deciduous dental caries

目的探讨非创伤性修复治疗技术在儿童乳牙龋齿治疗中的临床应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2020年1月我院收治的乳牙龋齿患儿129例,随机分为观察组(n=65)和对照组(n=64),对照组给予常规传统修复治疗,观察组给予非创伤性修复治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗修复时间、VAS评分及治疗配合度。结果观察组显效43例(66.15%)、有效19例(29.23%)、无效3例(4.62%),整体临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=4.368,P=0.000);临床总有效率为95.38%,明显高于对照组81.25%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.270,P=0.012)。观察组治疗修复时间为(23.17±3.58)min,低于对照组的(40.06±5.11)min;VAS评分为(2.73±0.54)分,低于对照组的(4.12±0.75)分,差异有统计学意义(t=21.711,P=0.000;t=12.064,P=0.000)。观察组治疗配合度为90.77%,高于对照组的65.63%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.997,P=0.001)。结论非创伤性修复治疗儿童乳牙龋齿的临床疗效显著,可有效缩短治疗修复时间、减轻患儿疼痛、提高治疗依从性,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of clinical application on non-traumatic restorative technique in the treatment of deciduous dental caries in children.Methods A total of 129 children patients who were admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(n=65)and control group(n=64).The control group was given conventional traditional repair,and the observation group was given non-traumatic repair.The clinical efficacy,treatment repair time,VAS score and treatment compliance were compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group,43 cases were significantly effective(66.15%),19 cases were effective(29.23%),and 3 cases were ineffective(4.62%).The overall clinical efficacy was statistically significantly better than that in the control group(Z=4.368,P=0.000);the total clinical effective rate was 95.38%,which was significantly higher than that of 81.25%in the control group(χ2=6.270,P=0.012).The treatment repair time in the observation group was(23.17±3.58)min,which was statistically significantly lower than that of(40.06±5.11)min in the control group;the VAS score was(2.73±0.54)points,which was statistically significantly lower than that of(4.12±0.75)points in the control group(t=21.711,P=0.000;t=12.064,P=0.000).The treatment compliance rate in the observation group was 90.77%,which was statistically significantly higher than that of 65.63%in the control group(χ2=11.997,P=0.001).Conclusion Non-traumatic restorative technique is effective in the treatment of deciduous dental caries in children.It can effectively shorten the time of treatment and restoration,reduce pain in children patients,and improve treatment compliance.It is worthy of promotion.
