血清C反应蛋白及降钙素原在成人急性细菌性肺炎早期诊断中的应用价值

The application value of serum C-reactive protein and procalcitonin in early diagnosis of adult acute bacterial pneumonia

目的探讨血清C反应蛋白(CRP)及降钙素原(PCT)在成人急性细菌性肺炎早期诊断中的应用价值。方法选择2018年5月至2019年5月期间在我院接受治疗的80例成人急性细菌性肺炎及同期在我院接受健康体检的80例健康成人作为临床研究对象,所有参与研究的人员均进行血清CRP及PCT检测。以健康体检者的检测结果为对照组,以患者的检测结果为观察组。观察组中又以刚入院时该疾病患者的检测结果为观察1组,以接受1周治疗后该疾病患者的检测结果为观察2组,比较三组的检查结果。结果观察1组、观察2组患者的CRP、PCT水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察1组患者的CRP、PCT水平显著高于观察2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组血清CRP、PCT水平检测以及联合检测阳性率均为0.00%,观察组患者的联合检测阳性率(97.50%)显著高于CRP单独检测阳性率(85.00%)及PCT单独检测阳性率(82.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在成人急性细菌性肺炎早期诊断中,CRP及PCT两项指标具有较高的辅助诊断价值,且联合诊断的准确率显著高于分别单独诊断。

Objective To investigate the application value of serum C-reactive protein(CRP)and procalcitonin(PCT)in early diagnosis of adult acute bacterial pneumonia.Methods A total of 80 cases of adult acute bacterial pneumonia admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 and 80 healthy adults who were given physical examination in our hospital at the same time were selected as the clinical research objects,and all participants in the research were examined for CRP and PCT.The results of physical examination were taken as the control group,while the results of patients were taken as the observation group.In the observation group,the examination results of patients with the disease at the time of admission were taken as the observation group 1,and the examination results of patients with the disease after 1 week of treatment were taken as the observation group 2.Meanwhile,the examination results among the three groups were compared.Results After examination,the levels of CRP and PCT in the observation group 1 and observation group 2 were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The levels of CRP and PCT in the observation group 1 were significantly higher than those in the observation group 2,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The positive rates of serum CRP,PCT and combined examination were all 0.00%in the control group,while the positive rates of combined examination(97.50%)in the observation group were significantly higher than those of CRP(85.00%)and PCT(82.50%)separately,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion In the early diagnosis of adult acute bacterial pneumonia,CRP and PCT indexes have high auxiliary diagnostic values,and the accuracy of combined diagnosis is significantly higher than that of respectively separate diagnosis.
