氯吡格雷联合阿托伐他汀在脑梗死患者中的应用及对认知功能的影响

Application of clopidogrel combined with atorvastatin in patients with cerebral infarction and its effect on cognitive function

目的分析脑梗死患者采取氯吡格雷联合阿托伐他汀方案的疗效及对其认知功能的影响。方法选取2017年7月至2018年7月我院收治的脑梗死患者100例为研究对象,随机分为对照组50例、观察组50例,对照组采用阿司匹林进行治疗,观察组采用氯吡格雷、阿托伐他汀和阿司匹林进行治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、CRP、TC、TG、LDL-C水平、NIHSS、MMSE评分及脑梗死复发率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.0%,高于对照组的84.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的CRP、TC、TG、LDL-C水平低于对照组,且HDL-C高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组NIHSS评分、MMSE评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组,MMSE评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组脑梗死复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氯吡格雷联合阿托伐他汀用于治疗脑梗死患者,在提高治疗总有效率、改善临床指标水平、改善神经功能及认知功能方面具有优势,值得推广使用。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of clopidogrel combined with atorvastatin in patients with cerebral infarction and its influence on their cognitive function.Methods A total of 100 cases with cerebral infarction in our hospital from July 2017 to July 2018 were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group(50 cases)and the observation group(50 cases).The control group was treated with aspirin.The observation group was treated with clopidogrel,atorvastatin,and aspirin.The clinical effect,CRP,TC,TG,LDL-C level,NIHSS score,MMSE score and recurrence rate of cerebral infarction were compared between two groups.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group(96.0%)was higher than that of the control group(84.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The CRP,TC,TG and LDL-C levels were all lower and HDL-C level was higher in the observation group than in the control group after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in NIHSS score and MMSE score between the two groups(P>0.05).The NIHSS score was lower and MMSE score was higher in the observation group than those in the control group after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of cerebral infarction in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Clopidogrel combined with atorvastatin in patients with cerebral infarction can improve the total effective rate of treatment,the level of clinical indicators,neurological function and cognitive function,and its advantages are worth promoting.
