综合护理辅助无痛内镜下胃肠息肉切除术的效果

Effect of comprehensive nursing-assisted gastrointestinal polypectomy under painless endoscope

目的探讨综合护理辅助无痛内镜下胃肠息肉切除术的应用效果。方法回顾性选择我院2018年9月至2020年1月收治的103例胃肠道息肉患者的临床资料,按护理措施的不同将其分为对照组与研究组,将50例接受常规护理措施的患者设为对照组,将53例接受综合护理干预的患者设为研究组。比较两组患者干预后的临床指标并发症总发生率与护理满意度的情况。结果干预后,研究组的肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、肛门排便时间和住院时间分别为(10.45±1.98)h、(20.27±1.38)h、(33.17±1.05)h、(3.78±1.02)d,对照组为(16.01±1.34)h、(27.26±1.19)h、(38.18±1.98)h、(6.03±1.36)d,研究组的肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、肛门排便时间和住院时间明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的并发症总发生率为1.89%,对照组的并发症总发生率为12.00%,研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的护理满意度为96.23%,对照组的护理满意度为80.00%,研究组患者显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理辅助无痛内镜下胃肠息肉切除术可加快患者恢复速度,降低并发症发生,并可提高患者护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing-assisted gastrointestinal polypectomy under painless endoscope.Methods Clinical data of 103 patients with gastrointestinal polyps admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to January 2020 were retrospectively selected and divided into the control group(n=50)and the study group(n=53)according to different nursing measures.The control group was treated with routine nursing,while the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing.The clinical indexes,total incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were observed and compared between the two groups after nursing.Results After nursing,bowel sound recovery time was(10.45±1.98)h,anal exhaust time was(20.27±1.38)h,anal defecation time was(33.17±1.05)h and hospitalization time was(3.78±1.02)d in the study group,which were significantly lower than(16.01±1.34)h,(27.26±1.19)h,(38.18±1.98)h and(6.03±1.36)d in the control group(P<0.05).The complication total rate was 1.89%in the study group,which was significantly lower than 12.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction 96.23%in the study group was significantly higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing-assisted gastrointestinal polypectomy under painless endoscope can speed up the recovery of patients and reduce the incidence of complications.it can improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
