山钢莱芜分公司专用铁路编组站改造方案研究

摘要 专用铁路编组站改造是山东钢铁股份有限公司莱芜分公司新旧动能转换项目的控制工程之一,对于铁路运输组织、站场设施管理工作的提升具有重要意义。在阐述既有莱钢编组站站场设施和运输组织现状的基础上,结合钢铁新旧动能转换工程规划,分析莱钢编组站目前存在的无贯通正线、到发线有效长不足、卸车线有效长不足、站坪坡度超限等问题,提出莱钢编组站改造应达到的目标。在调查、分析各项控制改造方案因素的基础上,进一步研究编组站正线平面、站场平面、纵断面改造方案。通过优化正线布置、到发线功能分组、充分设置咽喉区平行进路、采用组合道岔、增大咽喉区坡度等设计方法,达到了设定的改造目标,为同类专用铁路编组站改造提供参考。 The reconstruction of marshalling station for dedicated railway is one of the control project of the New Dynamics Project of Laiwu branch of Shandong Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.It is of great significance for improving railway transportation organization and station facility management.Based on elaborating the current status of the technical equipment and transportation organization of the marshalling station,four main problems are analyzed to meet the requirements of New Dynamics Project:no through main lines,insufficient effective length of arrival and departure lines,insufficient effective length of unloading lines,and overrun of the slope of the station site.On the basis of investigating and analyzing of various control reconstruction scheme factors,further study of reconstruction scheme of marshalling station has been done,including the main line plane,station yard plane and vertical section reconstruction scheme.By optimizing the layout of the main line,grouping the function of the arrival and departure line,fully setting parallel routes in throat area,adopting combined turnouts and increasing the slope of throat area and other design methods,the targeted reconstruction goal has been achieved,providing a reference for the reconstruction of the same type marshalling station for dedicated railway.
