电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定钢中Ce含量

Determination of Ce content in steel by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry

摘要 本文采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪分析钢中稀土元素Ce,通过对影响因素研究,主要包括选择待测元素的代表同位素^(140)Ce;通过添加纯铁以及内标In校正方法来消除基体效应影响;为了消除空白影响对硝酸进行纯化;确定了溶样方法;通过DOE实验设计,最终确定仪器参数等离子功率设定为1360 W,雾化气流量设定为0.85 L/min,采样深度设定为155×10^(2)μm,辅助气流速设定为0.75 L/min。在实验条件下制作工作曲线,线性相关系数为0.9999。通过对标准样品进行实测验证,ICP-MS法分析钢中Ce元素分析准确度在0.0002%以下;精密度RSD均小于4%;测定下限为0.00007%,能够满足特殊品种钢冶炼的检测要求。 In this paper,the rare earth element Ce in steel was analyzed by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).Through the study of the influencing factors,the representative isotope^(140)Ce of the element to be measured was selected;the matrix effect was eliminated by adding pure iron and internal standard in correction method;the nitric acid was purified in order to eliminate the blank effect;the sample dissolution method was determined;the instrument was finally determined by DOE experimental design Parameters:plasma power is set to 1360 W,atomization gas flow rate is set to 0.85 Umin,sampling depth is set to 155×10^(2)μm,and auxiliary gas flow rate is set to 0.75 L/min.The linear correlation coefficient is 0.9999.The results show that the accuracy of ICP-MS is less than 0.0002%,the RSD of precision is less than 4%,and the lower limit of determination is 0.00007%,which can meet the requirements of special steel smelting.
