热轧H型钢腹板结疤产生的原因分析

Cause analysis of web scab of hot rolled H-beam

为了分析型钢产生结疤的原因,制备了产品缺陷处金相分析试样。采用光学显微镜和配备有X射线光电子能谱仪的扫描电子显微镜观察合金的微观组织形貌。结果表明铸坯内部P元素的偏析及含S元素的夹杂物是产生结疤的主要原因。

In order to analysis the rolling skin produced by rolling process in section steel,the defect samples of were made.The microstructure and,morphology of the samples were examzined by metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope equipped wth the Energy Dispersive Spectrdmeter.The results show the segregation of P and sulfide inclusion in the billet are themain reason.
