阐述了新修订的行业标准YB/T 4268-2020《矿热炉低压无功补偿技术规范》的修改和增补,关于矿热低补在提高炉变低压侧用电功率因数的同时与电热电路系统、生产工艺、熔池特性、几何尺寸等,所有参数都会发生变量关系,须合理的提高负载用电功率因数兼热效率相应提高,应达到经济运行的预期效果。

This paper describes the modification and supplement of the newly revised industry standard Yb/t4268-2021"technical specification for low voltage reactive power compensation of submerged arc furnace".While improving the power factor of low voltage side of furnace transformer,the parameters of electric heating circuit system,production process,bath characteristics,geometric size,etc.will have variable relationship,so the load power must be reasonably increased The factor and thermal efficiency should be improved accordingly,and the expected effect of economic operation should be achieved.
