中国加速加深与世界融合,大量地方性法规规章等规范性法律文件愈来愈需要权威标准的英译文本,但长期以来立法文件翻译缺乏统一管理,导致多个译文版本的出现,使人无法取舍。从法律术语的准确翻译角度,对当前立法文本翻译中的核心问题——词不达意等进行详细剖析,并结合法律翻译的专业性以及翻译中对立法旨意的准确理解,对地方规范性法律文件翻译的科学发展提出相应建议,以期为中国法律在国际法律生活中发挥作用奠定坚实的基础。

As China accelerates and deepens its integration with the world,a large number of local laws and regulations and other normative legal documents increasingly need authoritative standard English translations.However,for a long time,the lack of unified management in the translation of legislative documents has resulted in the existence of multiple translations,and the parties have no choice.From the accurate translation of legal terms,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the core problem in the translation of current legislative texts,such as the words fail to convey the idea.And combined with the professionalism of legal translation and the accurate understanding of legislative purposes in translation,the paper puts forward corresponding suggestions on the scientific development of the translation of local normative legal documents to lay a solid foundation for Chinese law to play its role in international legal life.
