摘要
目的探讨回馈教学对提高鼻咽癌放疗患者张口锻炼依从性的应用效果。方法选取2016年3月—2017年3月我院放疗科收治的90例鼻咽癌放疗患者为研究对象,将放疗科一病区住院的45例患者设为观察组,将放疗科二病区的45例患者设为对照组,对照组给予常规宣教,观察组给予回馈教学。比较2组张口锻炼知识掌握情况、张口锻炼依从性及张口困难等级。结果干预12个月后,观察组患者张口锻炼知识掌握情况显著优于对照组(χ^(2)=16.006,P<0.001),张口锻炼依从性显著高于对照组(Z=4.257,P<0.001)。出院后3个月、6个月及12个月后,观察组张口困难等级均轻于对照组(P<0.05)。结论回馈教学有利于强化鼻咽癌放疗患者对张口锻炼知识的掌握,提高张口锻炼依从性,改善张口困难程度。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of feedback education improving the mouth exercise compliance among nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients undergoing radiotherapy.MethodsTotally 90 nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients undergoing radiotherapy were divided into an observation group and a control group,each of 45.The control group was given routine health education,while the observation group was provided with that based on the feedback education.The knowledge about and compliance of mouth exercise and trismus degree were compared between the two groups.Results After 12-month intervention,the knowledge about and compliance of mouth exercise of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(χ^(2)=16.006,P<0.001;Z=4.257,P<0.001).Moreover,3,6 and 12 months after discharge,the trismus of the observation group relieved significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Feedback education can effectively improve the knowledge about and compliance of mouth exercise among nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients undergoing radiotherapy,and relieve their trismus.
