槽式光热电站短期稳态性能试验计算方法

摘要 光热电站性能考核是电站建设必不可少的一环,但目前还未形成成熟、通用的光热电站试验方法及规程。此外,由于1天内太阳辐射随时间的变化特性,使得槽式光热电站的稳态性能试验只能在太阳直射辐射强度较稳定的正午时段进行,而此时段内储能系统通常也处于运行状态,导致测量数据无法直接用于计算纯光热发电工况的全厂发电效率(即光电转化效率)。对此,本文提出一种将光热发电并储能工况转化为纯光热发电工况的效率计算方法,排除了储能装置对试验的影响,使考核光热电站全厂发电效率成为可能。基于某50 MW槽式光热电站光热发电并储能工况的设计数据,应用该计算方法转化得到纯光热发电工况的参数,结果与该工况设计参数具有良好的一致性,证明该方法具有准确性和实用性。 Performance assessment of photothermal power station is an essential part of power station construction,but mature and general test method and procedure for concentrating solar power(CSP)stations has not formed yet.Due to the fluctuation of the solar resource,steady-state performance test for parabolic trough CSP stations can only be carried out during the noon when the solar radiation is relatively stable.However,during this period,the energy storage system is in charge mode,which makes it difficult to assess overall plant efficiency with measured data.To solve this problem,this article compares the energy transfer model of direct generation mode and charge mode,and proposes a calculation method for overall plant efficiency by converting charge mode into direct generation mode.The design data of a 50 MW parabolic trough CSP station under charge mode are used to verify the calculation method.The calculation results maintain a high consistency with the actual design data,which demonstrates the accuracy and feasibility of the proposed method.
