摘要
燃煤电厂脱硫废水中的氯含量很高,对设备腐蚀性强,外排水对水环境的负面影响大,因此,脱硫废水中氯离子的处理问题一直是脱硫废水零排放核心的难点和重点。本文介绍了脱硫废水零排放的相关政策以及脱硫废水的水质特点,着重介绍了分盐技术、旁路烟道蒸发处理和电解氯制备消毒剂3种零排放工艺,综述了各自技术的优缺点;提出了利用高浓度脱硫废水中盐分制备净水剂的新型工艺,有望实现高盐水中氯的资源化利用,减少氯转移过程中的二次污染。
The content of chlorine in desulfurization wastewater of coal-fired power plants is very high,which is highly corrosive to equipment.The external drainage has a large negative impact on the water environment.Therefore,the problem of chlorine ion treatment in desulfurization wastewater has always been the core difficulty and focus of zero emission of desulfurization wastewater.In this paper,the related policies of zero discharge of desulfurized wastewater and the water quality characteristics of desulfurized wastewater are introduced.Three zeroemission processes including salt-separation technology,bypass flue evaporation treatment and electrolytic chlorine preparation of disinfectant are introduced,and their advantages and disadvantages are summarized.To effectively utilize the valuable components in the desulfurization wastewater,a new process for preparing water purifying agents using the salt in the high-concentration desulfurization wastewater is proposed,which is expected to realize the resource utilization of chlorine in high brine.
