18Cr-8Ni型奥氏体不锈钢金相检测化学抛光液的研制

摘要 为解决电站锅炉金属监督检验中金相检测技术存在的不足,提高现场检测效率,本文研制了一种18Cr-8Ni型奥氏体不锈钢金相检测化学抛光液,该抛光液主要由分析纯盐酸、分析纯磷酸、分析纯氢氟酸等复配而成。将该化学抛光液用于锅炉受热面管金相检测,通过实验室检测以及现场检测的结果发现,该化学抛光液的抛光效果好,抛光速度容易控制,且配置工艺简单,安全无污染,不易变质,携带方便,适合在实验室及生产现场进行金相检测时使用。 In order to compensate the shortcomings of the existing metallographic testing technology and improve the field testing efficiency,a kind of 18Cr-8Ni type chemical polishing fluid for metallographic testing of austenitic stainless steel is developed.The polishing fluid is mainly composed of analytical pure hydrochloric acid,analytical pure phosphoric acid and analytical pure hydrofluoric acid.This polishing fluid is then applied in metallographic examination of boiler heating surface tube,the laboratory test and field test results show that,the polishing effect of this chemical polishing fluid is good,the polishing speed is easy to control,and the configuration process is simple,safe and pollution-free,which is not easy to deteriorate,easy to carry,and suitable for metallographic test in the laboratory and production site.
