当前我国农民工就业问题及对策思考——以马克思劳动力资源配置理论为视角

On the Employment of Migrant Workers in China and Countermeasures--From the Perspective of Marx’s Theory of Labor Resource Allocation

以马克思劳动力资源配置理论为视角,对我国农民工就业现状进行了学理分析和实践总结,发现当前农民工就业存在:供需平衡性问题凸出、就业结构性矛盾加剧、就业稳定性程度降低等问题。在立足于我国现实国情和发展实际的基础上,提出了促进农民工就业创业,推动劳动力资源优化配置的建议。

From the perspective of Marx’s theory of labor resource allocation,the current employment of migrant workers in China was studied,and problems were discovered including imbalance between supply and demand,structural contradictions and reduced stability of employment.Based on China’s current situation,suggestions were put forward to promote migrant workers’employment and entrepreneurship,and optimize the allocation of labor resources.
