转型高校众创空间建设与服务现状及对策研究——基于河北省三所转型高校在校生满意度的调查

Countermeasures and Status of Construction and Service of Maker Spaces of Universities in Transition--A Survey of Students’Satisfaction from 3 Universities in Hebei Province

众创空间是高校学生创新创业实践的重要场所,学生满意度是衡量众创空间建设与服务质量的重要依据。在河北省选择了3所向应用型大学转型的高校,调查了在校生对众创空间建设与服务的满意度情况。结果表明,不同高校学生对众创空间建设与服务的满意度呈极显著差异,省属高校学生的满意度较高,市属高校学生的满意度较低,不满意项目涉及到众创空间软硬件建设及其教育与环境服务等多个方面。政府相关部门及转型高校应进一步加强众创空间的基础设施建设,持续改进众创空间创新创业教学服务,不断优化众创空间创新创业的实践环境,促进众创空间建设与服务的均衡发展。

Maker spaces are important places for college students’innovation and entrepreneurship,and the students’satisfaction is an important index to measure the construction and service quality of the maker spaces.Three universities transforming to application-oriented ones were selected from Hebei Province for the survey on students’satisfaction with the construction and service of maker spaces.The results showed significant differences:the satisfaction of students from provincial universities is higher while that of municipal college students is lower,involving software and hardware construction,education and environmental services.Government departments and universities in transition should take measures to improve the infrastructure and teaching services,optimize practice environment,and promote balanced development of the maker spaces.
